Arm seeks an ambitious B2B marketer experienced in robotic and automotive campaigns to direct global, coordinated marketing initiatives for the Physical AI Business Unit. This role manages the full strategy, planning, and delivery of campaigns aimed at boosting visibility, contemplation, and appeal for Arm in the robotics and motor vehicle sector.
The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with extensive experience in campaign creation, multi-channel coordination, and product-led storytelling. You will coordinate intimately in collaboration with the Product Marketing, Comms, Content, Creative, and Paid Media teams to communicate Arm’s value proposition to the market and drive customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Develop global campaign strategy, messaging, and audience/value-prop frameworks aligned to business goals.
- Develop annual and quarterly campaign strategies across awareness, consideration, and preference stages.
- Convert product positioning into engaging stories and materials by working closely with Product Marketing.
- Build clear, actionable campaign briefs and refine strategy based on customer, driven, and market insights.
- Lead execution across paid, owned, and partner channels (email, paid media, ABM, social, events, web, etc.).
- Lead timelines, budgets, resources, and agency relationships to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Establish benchmarks and reporting frameworks; analyze performance and optimize messaging, targeting, and channel mix.
- Present strategies and results to senior leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
- Influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment toward shared goals.
- Contribute to process improvements and standard methodologies across the Global Marketing team.

Skills And Experience
- Shown success developing and accomplishing coordinated, multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns.
- 7+ years of B2B campaign marketing experience, with 3+ years marketing in robotic and/or automotive segments.
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and full-funnel marketing.
- Outstanding communication, storytelling, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a continuous-improvement approach.
- Solid understanding of developer marketing for the automation and vehicle industries, including audience needs, channels, and messaging.
- Excellent project management capabilities with experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience leading budgets and working with agencies or external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Highly Desired Skills And Experience
- Knowledge in B2B semiconductor marketing, particularly related to robotics and vehicle industries.
- Recent ABM experience and enterprise marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret insights from marketing automation, CRM, and analytics systems output.
