Senior Campaign Manager – Programmatic
London / Hybrid
£40,000 to £45,000 + Bonus
We’re working with a leading global digital advertising business looking to hire a Senior Campaign Manager into its UK Operations team.
This is a hands-on campaign role for someone who sits naturally between Ad Operations and Programmatic Trading. You’ll take ownership of complex digital campaigns from setup and trafficking through to optimisation, troubleshooting and reporting, working closely with agency trading teams and internal commercial stakeholders.
The role
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery and performance of campaigns across video, display and interactive formats.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Own campaign setup, trafficking, tagging and delivery.
- Manage pixels, third-party tags and DSP configurations.
- Monitor pacing, delivery, viewability, engagement and wider campaign KPIs.
- Optimise campaigns in real time to improve performance and ensure full delivery.
- Troubleshoot technical and delivery issues across tracking, brand safety, viewability and targeting.
- Work closely with Sales and Client Services to translate client briefs into effective campaign strategies.
- Partner with agency trading teams and act as a trusted operational contact.
- Turn campaign data into clear performance insights and recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy across campaign management and reporting platforms.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience across CTV, video, DCO, rich media or cookieless targeting would be particularly valuable, as would technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or browser debugging tools.
Why consider it?

You’ll work across sophisticated programmatic campaigns, have genuine autonomy over delivery and optimisation, and join a global advertising business with significant investment in technology, training and career development.
