Our client is a SaaS/tech business serving leading professional services and regulatory firms globally (B2B), and they're growing the marketing team! They're innovators in their space, operating in a world where deals are complex, and sales cycles are long. This isn't a high-volume, SEO-led, inbound world; it's considered, relationship-driven, and account-based B2B marketing.
This is a newly created role, and a genuinely interesting one. You'll sit as a shared service alongside the creative team, working across a 20-person global marketing function.
You will plug into their team of marketing managers who each own a product, and work closely with the product marketing, creative, sales, and solutions teams, with a direct dotted line into the UK Marketing Director and CMO. You will have real autonomy day-to-day as a senior campaign voice in the team, trusted to run things your way!
What you'll actually be doing
This is an ABM-first role. You'll own the account-based marketing strategy end to end, taking full ownership of the ABM platform, and pair that with hands-on management of B2B digital advertising (LinkedIn and Google are your biggest channels).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Tasks
- Own the ABM strategy and own the ABM platform, running target account programmes from planning through to optimisation
- Plan, execute, and optimise B2B digital advertising campaigns, with LinkedIn and Google as the largest channels, including video and custom formats
- Run the customer newsletter email programme, with execution support
- Track attribution and MQL/account engagement performance, and use the data to keep sharpening the approach
- Work across a global matrix and build relationships across the US and UK teams
What you'll bring
- Solid, hands-on B2B marketing experience in a complex sale, longer sales cycle environment - professional services, regulatory technology, or similar B2B software/tech is ideal
- Genuine ABM experience - you've run account based campaigns, not just dabbled, and ideally you've worked with a platform like 6sense, Terminus, or Demandbase (or you're excited to take ownership of one and build your ABM knowledge further)
- B2B digital advertising experience, particularly LinkedIn, plus Google - including video and custom ad formats is a must-have
- Email campaign management, use of HubSpot and/or Salesforce a bonus!
- Comfort living in attribution and MQL/account engagement data
- The stakeholder skills to thrive in a global matrix - highly organised, a self-starter
- Strong written and verbal communication
