Senior Campaign Marketing Manager
We're looking for a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to join our hybrid team in London.
In this global role, you will lead the strategy, planning, governance and performance of integrated marketing campaigns that support EPAM's strategic growth priorities. Acting as the link between go-to-market strategy and execution, you will turn market opportunities, customer insights and business goals into focused, data-driven campaigns.
You will manage a team of Global Horizontal Integrated Campaign Managers and work with cross-functional stakeholders including Portfolio GTM, Content, Digital, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales and Centres of Excellence to deliver measurable outcomes and drive growth across EPAM’s horizontal portfolio such as consulting, engineering, data, AI, cloud, digital experience and cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Translate horizontal portfolio priorities into integrated campaign strategies that align with business objectives
- Own campaign portfolio planning, prioritisation, investment allocation, governance and performance measurement
- Lead and develop a team of Global Horizontal Integrated Campaign Managers with clear coaching and direction
- Establish campaign operating models, planning rhythms, governance processes and launch readiness frameworks
- Define campaign strategy including audience segmentation, messaging, positioning, channel mix and measurement standards
- Partner with cross-functional teams to manage narratives, content strategy and activation across multiple channels
- Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities and provide recommendations for future investment
- Manage campaign budgets and resource allocation across initiatives and priorities
- Leverage marketing technology and analytics to drive campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Deliver executive reporting and insights to senior leadership while ensuring consistency and continuous improvement

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, project management, business, communications or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, integrated campaigns, demand generation or go-to-market strategy
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing and developing teams
- Proven track record in leading global or multi-regional marketing programmes in technology or professional services environments
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, campaign measurement and pipeline generation
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills in a matrix structure
- Strong analytical, organisational and project management capability
- Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM and campaign management platforms
- Experience with ABM programmes and related tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, priorities and multiple workstreams effectively
