The Role

We are undergoing an exciting time in our evolution and now seek a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager. The Senior Campaign Marketing Manager owns the planning and delivery of Xperience's integrated marketing campaigns for Managed IT and Cyber Security. That means generating qualified pipeline from new prospects in the SME market and from our existing customer base.

This is a hands-on senior role for someone who already knows how managed IT and cyber security are bought and sold. You will set the campaign plan for both service lines, build and run the campaigns, and line-manage a Comms and Marketing Executive. You will work closely with Sales and account management so that campaigns line up with commercial priorities, and with the digital marketing team so that every campaign is supported across search, paid and social. You will also manage our vendor marketing relationships, making sure we secure and use any Market Development Funds available to us.

Part of the job is also building the machinery. Our lead management and campaign reporting framework is a work in progress, and this role will help shape how we measure campaign performance from first touch through to revenue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Essential:

  • Four or more years in B2B marketing with direct ownership of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience marketing managed IT services, cyber security services or both, gained at an MSP, MSSP, security vendor or IT services provider. You understand the buyer, the sales cycle and the vendor ecosystem.
  • Strong email marketing craft: sequence planning, copy judgement, deliverability, testing and reporting, built in a marketing automation platform.
  • Experience planning and running B2B webinars and events as part of integrated campaigns.
  • A track record of generating qualified pipeline in partnership with a sales team.
  • Line management experience, with evidence of developing people.

Desirable:

  • Hands-on experience of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, including building segments, email journeys and automated nurture programmes. Experience in another automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) is fine if you can show you learn tools quickly.
  • Experience of partner co-marketing and Market Development Funds with vendors: applications, claims and evidence submission.
  • Experience marketing to an existing customer base (cross-sell, upsell or account-based programmes), not just net-new acquisition

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Managed IT and Cyber Security campaign plan and its delivery across email, digital, events and outbound, covering new business and existing customer growth.
  • Build and run campaigns in our marketing automation platform (Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys), including segmentation, email journeys, nurture programmes and sales follow-up workflows.
  • Run the webinar and events programme for Managed IT and Cyber Security as a campaign channel: plan and run the calendar of webinars, in-person events and partner-funded activity as part of the campaign plan, supported by the two executives.
  • Run our co-marketing with our vendors, including Market Development Funds: funding applications, campaign claims and evidence submissions through partner portals.
  • Work with commercial leadership and account management so campaigns hit the right target markets, accounts, personas and cross-sell priorities between the two service lines.
  • Manage the campaign budget and report spend, pipeline contribution and return to the Head of Marketing.
  • Line-manage and coach a Comms and Marketing executive. Keep delivery quality high and develop them into confident campaign marketers.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to support campaigns through SEO, PPC, paid social and analytics.
  • Share what you learn about the managed services and security market, including competitor activity, with the marketing, commercial and product teams.
  • Help build the lead management and reporting framework that lets us measure campaigns from enquiry to revenue.
