The Role
The UK Campaign Operations team is responsible for ensuring marketing campaigns are prioritised, planned and delivered to maximise commercial impact across Flights, Hotels and Trains.
- Working closely with the Country Head and cross-functional teams, the function combines commercial thinking, operational excellence and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality campaigns at speed and scale.
- The team consists of a UK based Campaign Specialist and a Campaign Operations Contractor based in Shanghai, providing both local market expertise and scalable execution capability.
- The Senior Campaign Operations Manager leads this function, ensuring campaigns are commercially aligned, operationally efficient and capable of responding quickly to changing market conditions.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
- Lead the Campaign Operations function for one of Trip.com's most important international markets.
- Partner directly with the Country Head to shape campaign strategy, priorities and budget allocation.
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing international team across the UK and Shanghai.
- Present GB campaign performance during regular business reviews as well as defining optimisation.
- Influence stakeholders across Product, CRM, Social, Strategic Operations and HQ teams to deliver commercially impactful campaigns.
- Challenge campaign priorities, processes and ways of working to maximise customer value and operational efficiency.
- Drive operational excellence through AI adoption, automation and continuous process improvement.
- Lead rapid campaign activation in response to market opportunities, customer demand and competitor activity.
- Shape the future operating model for campaign delivery within one of Trip.com's fastest-growing international businesses.

What you'll Need to Succeed
- Significant experience in campaign operations, commercial marketing, growth operations or digital operations within a fast-paced e-commerce, technology or consumer business.
- Experience working within international or matrix organisations, collaborating effectively across multiple markets, cultures and time zones.
- Strong commercial judgement, with the confidence to challenge priorities and influence decisions based on customer demand, market insight and business objectives.
- Experience managing campaign planning, prioritisation, budgets and cross-functional delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build strong relationships across Product, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- A passion for operational excellence, with experience improving processes, embedding AI tools and driving automation at scale.
- Excellent organisational, communication and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with teams based in China or in multiple timezones would be advantageous.
