About the Role
The Senior Integrated Campaigns & Content Manager turns Onclusive’s brand and business priorities into global campaigns and content that build awareness, strengthen visibility and generate measurable demand. We are looking for an exceptional storyteller and copywriter who can translate complex industry challenges, proprietary data and product capabilities into a clear, distinctive point of view. This is a hands-on role combining campaign leadership, writing, editorial direction and performance optimisation.
Alongside integrated campaigns, the role owns Onclusive’s blog and a dedicated content programme for organic and AI search visibility. It also works with our UK and US PR agencies to extend the impact of campaigns, original research and thought leadership.
Your Responsibilities
Integrated Campaigns
- Develop campaign propositions, narratives, messaging and delivery plans aligned with agreed brand and business priorities.
- Build campaigns for different members of the buying committee, with content that can be adapted across audiences, channels and markets.
- Lead the development of core campaign assets and guide their production into webpages, articles, video, social content, emails and other formats.
- Coordinate campaign delivery across Content, Creative, Digital, PR and Field Marketing.
- Manage campaigns from brief through to launch, optimisation and performance review.

Storytelling & Content
- Recommend editorial priorities and write or edit high-value content, including campaign messaging, reports, webpages, articles, video scripts and thought leadership.
- Turn complex subjects into useful, engaging stories with a distinctive Onclusive point of view.
- Interview customers, experts and senior leaders to bring credible insight into content.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, originality and brand voice.
- Work with the Senior Content & Insights Specialist, who owns substantial data-led research and insight content from idea to publication, to bring their findings into wider campaigns.
Blog, SEO and AI Visibility
- Own the strategy, roadmap and performance of the Onclusive blog.
- Prioritise content around the questions buyers ask, the expertise and evidence Onclusive can uniquely provide, and measured gaps in organic and AI visibility.
- Brief and oversee new content and updates to existing content, working with Digital Marketing and specialist agencies on SEO and GEO opportunities.
- Ensure content is useful to readers, grounded in credible evidence and structured for discovery across traditional and AI search.
Data-led Content and PR
- Connect proprietary research and timely insights to campaign themes, thought leadership and news opportunities.
- Partner with UK and US PR agencies on media stories, newsjacking and executive profiling.
- Ensure earned coverage and expert commentary are used effectively across other marketing channels.
Measurement and Team Management
- Set clear brand, engagement and demand objectives before campaigns and content enter production.
- Review campaign, blog and content performance, including organic and AI visibility, engagement, conversions, leads and pipeline contribution.
- Recommend changes to priorities and improve briefs, published assets and distribution based on the results.
- Manage the Senior Content & Insights Specialist and Content & Campaigns Marketing Executive.
- Work closely with Creative, Digital, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing and Field Marketing, and manage freelance content resources where needed.

Who You Are
- Approximately 7–10 years’ experience in B2B content marketing, integrated campaigns or communications.
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting and editing skills, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Experience developing campaigns for different buyer roles and turning a core idea into effective content across multiple formats.
- Strong editorial judgement and the ability to develop a distinctive point of view from complex subjects or original research.
- Experience managing a blog and using search, audience and performance data to shape content priorities.
- Working knowledge of SEO and an active interest in how AI is changing content discovery.
- Experience working with PR agencies and using earned media to extend campaign impact.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Understanding of the challenges facing PR, communications and marketing teams, particularly around monitoring, measurement and reputation management.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, media intelligence, communications technology or marketing technology would be advantageous.
