Your Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Campus Recruitment Specialist for a 12-month contract based in Kitchener/Waterloo, Guelph or the GTA, to support a designated client group. This replacement role will own the following responsibilities:
- Deliver national campus recruiting initiatives and strategies within your assigned group
- Manage full cycle student recruitment of entry-level graduates, co-ops and interns
- Provide an exceptional talent experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Develop, coordinate and attend campus recruitment events
- Develop and leverage relationships with key academic partners inclusive of faculty, career office employees, and students
- Collaborate with the Campus Team to develop, implement and manage National campus recruitment agenda
- Develop and leverage relationships with Firm stakeholders, Group Leadership, HR Advisors and clients. Collaborate on the delivery of the campus program and be an active advisor.
- Elevate the Firm’s image and brand through strategic use of social media and other marketing tools and actively engage in creating content
- Be a proactive leader, driving process improvements and operational efficiencies, championing new initiatives, and fostering a culture of collaboration and idea-sharing across teams
- Monitor industry and market trends and implement strategies and new innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
- Travel will be required

Your Experience and Education:
- You have experience planning and facilitating events and presentations
- You are a strategic thinker with planning experience
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- You have experience building employer brand
- You have superior time management and ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and interests
- You have prior experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- You have prior campus recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- You have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of three years’ experience
The expected range of compensation for this role is $74,000 to $112,000 annually
