Capital Formation Professional

Our client, a notable and ambitious European fund, is seeking a seasoned capital formation professional to take a leading role in capital formation across the firm's private and public credit strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing team and work alongside some of the most impressive professionals in the market.

The successful candidate will drive capital formation across a diverse range of institutional investors globally, spanning the EMEA, North America and APAC, for a number of the firm's credit strategies. This includes:

  • Developing and executing sophisticated fundraising strategies alongside the senior investment team
  • Proactively building new investor relationships amongst pension funds, insurance companies, consultants, endowments and foundations, family offices, and funds of funds
  • Strengthening and deepening existing investor relationships
  • Crafting compelling proposals and leading fundraising campaigns, including the creation of investor marketing materials

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A proven track record raising capital for credit strategies, across private and/or public markets
  • Strong, established LP relationships across the globe (US, EMEA, APAC)
  • Candidates at Director or Managing Director-level
