Senior Care and Support Assistant/Shift Leader Days – Magdalen House
“We are offering a Golden Hello” to the successful applicant for this post. £500 paid at the start of employment and a further £500 on successful completion of probation.
£13.06 per hour, rising to £14.59 when shift leading, plus £1.00 per hour at weekends.
36 hours per week
About The Role
We have a position available for a Senior Care and Support Assistant/Shift Leader, (days) to work in our beautifully kept Residential Care home.
Magdalen House is our 29-bed Residential Care Home for older people. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced carers to join our Home and be part of the team working in an environment where resident health and wellbeing is of the highest priority.

We Require You To Have
- Experience in medication administration
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards/willing to complete Level 3 if Level 2 held.
