As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a safe, supportive, and well-organized environment throughout the night. Leading by example, you will support residents with their individual needs while providing guidance and reassurance to colleagues across the shift.

Alongside delivering high-quality care, you will help oversee the smooth running of the nightshift, support medication administration, maintain accurate records, and respond to any changes in residents' wellbeing. Your leadership will help ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and cared for at all times.

What Matters Most

• Qualifications: SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Experience: Previous experience within a care environment
• Additional Experience: Medication administration experience is beneficial
