We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join us, supporting clients & our Care Assistant team across Swindon, Highworth, and the Vale of White Horse areas.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care including:
- Supporting with personal care and medication
- Preparing and encouraging hot meals and hydration
- Offering companionship, reassurance, and meaningful conversation
- Helping with light household tasks
- Confidently adapting to different clients and home environments
- Support new and current Care Professional's within their role with support visits and competencies

What do we need from you?
- Previous care experience (preferred)
- A flexible and adaptable approach to client needs
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to travel across the Swindon & Vale of White Horse areas
- Aged 18+
- Availability to work alternate weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
