We are looking for calm, patient and hardworking individuals with a friendly disposition and are keen to join our friendly care team. You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them. Experience is essential for this role, as the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting is the primary factor.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience and any relevant qualifications in care are preferred but not essential as full training including online e-learning is available through our preferred training academy.
Shift Flexibility:
- Ability to cover a mixture of days, nights, sleep-in shifts, and waking watches.
- The care we provide is 24 hours, 7 days a week, so we require good flexibility in being able to cover shifts both during the week and weekends.
- We will always try to find you work according to your availability.
Role and Development:
- Opportunity to undertake the responsible role of being a Support Worker/Care Assistant.
- Plan alongside members of the person’s circle of support to enable individuals to be happy, healthy, and successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations.
- Person-centred planning meetings and processes are co-produced with the people we support and their families to promote a unified approach.
- Set meaningful and inspirational goals, which Support Workers have a particular responsibility to work towards.
- Develop skills that can underpin a successful career in adult social care.
