Position: Senior Care Assistant
Location: Brigg, North Lincolnshire
Pay rate: £16 per hour + company bonuses!
Hours: Full time, Nights

Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:
- Lead and support the care team on shift, ensuring high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered
- Administer and manage medications in line with policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist with care planning, risk assessments, and liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and management to ensure residents needs are met

Requirements as a Senior Care Assistant:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- At least 2 years experience as a Care Assistant within a residential or nursing home setting
