About The Role
- Provide high-quality personal and domestic care to clients in their own homes.
- Support and mentor new members of the care team.
- Carry out occasional spot checks to help maintain care standards.
- Build positive relationships with clients and their families.

What You Will Bring
- Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
- A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
- Full UK driving licence
- Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am – 10pm and alternating weekends
- A minimum of 12 months on your right to work – we currently cannot offer sponsorship
