Job Description
We are looking for individuals with a kind, compassionate heart who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients, to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant you will be the link between our Care Manager and the Care Assistant team. You will conduct introductions between clients and Care Assistants, conduct training for the Care Assistant team, and provide a variety of non-medical services to help clients keep independent in their own home. You will be based both within the field, when providing care to our clients, and in the office when supporting the Care Manager.

As a Senior Care Assistant you will also help to ensure that Home Instead Aylesbury Vale and North East Oxfordshire remain CQC compliant, by supporting our Care Manager in this area.
This role is a full-time position, with guaranteed contracted hours. You will therefore be expected to work alternative weekends in addition to a minimum of two evenings per week, as part of your working availability.
Qualifications
As a Senior Care Assistant you must have achieved or be actively working towards a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social care. Experience within the care sector is essential, you must have a passion for delivering good customer service, and have knowledge and understanding of legislation specific to Health and Social care.
A valid driver's license and access to a reliable form of transportation is also required for this role, where you will be providing support to our clients within the communities we serve. You will also be flexible to travel to all geographical areas encompassed within our patch.
