Up to £14.84 per hour + Enhanced weekend and night rates (where applicable)

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting a small team of care assistants during your shift
- Coordinating care delivery and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Administering medication and maintaining accurate care records
- Reviewing and updating care plans
- Supporting shift handovers and communicating effectively across teams
- Mentoring, training and supporting new team members
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, GPs and healthcare professionals
- Providing compassionate personal care and promoting resident wellbeing
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a care assistant role, ideally at Senior Care Assistant level
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it with our support
- Confidence leading and motivating a small care team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
