Senior Care Assistant (Care Partner)
Cherry Blossom Nursing Home – An Allegra Care Home
£14.33 per hour | 36 hours per week

We’re now looking to welcome an experienced Senior Care Assistant (known at Allegra as a Care Partner) to join one of our friendly, close-knit household teams.

About The Role
As a Care Partner, you’ll play a key role within one of our c15-bed households, acting as a role model and supporting a small team of carers to deliver outstanding, person-centred care.

We have flexibility for schedules, so we can discuss with you what you're looking for when you apply. We work alternate weekends to support a healthy work-life balance, and additional shifts are available if you’d like them—but there’s no obligation.
