What We Offer

We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
  • Must hold a Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
  • This position is working 36 hours per week, to include alternate weekends
  • A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
  • Experience as a senior is essential
  • Experience administering medication is essential

Your Role

  • Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
  • Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Contribute to and review care plans
  • Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
  • Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed
