The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Carer to join our dedicated team. As a Senior Carer, you will lead by example, support the care team, and ensure every resident receives safe, high-quality care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional person-centred care.
- Lead and support the care team throughout each shift.
- Administer medication (where trained and competent).
- Complete accurate care documentation.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns promptly.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote a safe, caring, and respectful environment.

About You
- SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).
- Previous experience in a Senior Carer role within a care home.
- Medication administration experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
- SSSC registered (or willing to register).
