Contract: Part Time – Perm
Hour: 20 – 25 hours per week
Pay: £16.32 per hour weekdays & £17.32 per hour weekends
Shift Times: 7.30am to 2.30pm/2.30pm to 9.30pm – Weekdays and alternative Weekends
Location: Old Crabtree Lane, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4EX

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our welcoming team at Mountbatten Lodge Care Home in Hemel Hempstead. What You’ll Bring
- Essential: Hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Desirable: Hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards).
- Must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
- Reviewing and updating care plans.
- Giving personal care to residents.
- Administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift.
