Pay: £13.26 per hour
Contract: 40 hours per week
Day Shifts: 8:00am to 8:00pm
Night Shifts: 11:00pm to 6:00am

This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support Service Users, mentor colleagues, respond to urgent care needs, and help maintain the highest standards of care every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality person-centred care to Service Users
- Respond to emergency callouts and provide additional support where required
- Mentor and supervise Homecare Workers
- Carry out competency checks and medication assessments
- Support and guide new starters during induction
- Build positive relationships with Service Users and their families
- Complete care plans, reviews, and risk assessments
- Promote independence and connect individuals with community support services
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Liaise effectively with management, healthcare professionals, and families

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within care and confident administering medication
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care
- Calm, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
- Organised with strong communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- A supportive team player with leadership potential
- In possession of a Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
