Senior Care Lead-Commissioning and Operations

Based at Admiral Way, Sunderland

Salary: £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience + performance bonus

Ready to move into a formal leadership role with genuine backing?

Are you a Deputy Manager, Care Manager, or hold a senior position within a domiciliary or homecare service?

We're looking for an experienced care leader with commissioning knowledge to step up as Senior Care Lead, supporting our Care Manager and helping to drive the service forward. You'll manage commissioned care packages, lead the team, and get real responsibility with proper mentoring and development opportunities.

Routes Healthcare has been delivering high-quality homecare for over 15 years. We don't put managers in the deep end alone — you'll have the support, tools, and senior access you need to actually do the job well.

What you'll have behind you

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
