About us
Avanti Homecare delivers high quality homecare across Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. We're proud of the relationships we build with clients, families and our own people. We're now looking for someone who can become one of the operational leaders of our branch. This is the next step into management from the Care Coordinator role.
Keep the Service Moving
Every successful branch has someone people rely on, when plans change, when carers need support, when families need answers, when the rota suddenly changes. That person helps bring calm, organisation and good judgement. As Senior Care Coordinator you'll play a central role in keeping our service running safely and efficiently.
You'll work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, coordinate day to day operations, support carers, communicate with professionals and help ensure clients receive outstanding care. This isn't simply a rota role. It's an operational coordination leadership role.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
