About the role
Are you passionate about helping students build successful international careers? Do you understand the APAC graduate market and enjoy building meaningful employer relationships?
In this job you'll support a diverse global student community by designing careers programmes, coaching students and creating opportunities with employers across APAC. You'll develop partnerships, deliver engaging events and use insight and feedback to shape activity that helps students succeed in global recruitment markets.

About you
We're looking for someone fluent in English and Mandarin, with experience of working or living in China and/or Hong Kong, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and knowledge of the Asia-Pacific graduate labour market.
You'll bring international insight, excellent relationship-building skills and a passion for student success. You'll have a university degree or equivalent qualification, experience developing stakeholder relationships, and the ability to design and deliver impactful careers programmes and events.
