Senior Carer (CareAngel)
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Senior Carer (CareAngel) to support our clients, Care Assistants, and office team.
The role will combine senior care responsibilities with administrative duties. Any care visits completed will be paid at the normal Care Angel rate.
Hours: Part Time - 20 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
Pay Rates: £13.15ph
Please note it is essential to hold a full driving licence and have your own reliable vehicle for this role.
Senior Carer Responsibilities
- Support Care Angels working in the community.
- Complete spot checks, observations, and competency assessments.
- Support new Care Angels during shadowing and induction.
- Respond to concerns raised by clients, families, and Care Angels.
- Identify and report changes in clients’ needs.
- Escalate medication, safeguarding, or care concerns promptly.
- Keep clear and accurate records.
- Support the office team with care-related administration.
- Deliver care visits when required.
- Provide additional cover when needed.

What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience working in home care.
- A confident and supportive approach to leading others.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your workload.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Availability to work alternate weekends.
- Flexibility to support the service when required.
- A relevant care qualification is desirable.

What We Offer
