The Casualty Broker will play a vital role in our London Placement Team, working closely with clients and insurers to develop tailored insurance strategies. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent client management skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance landscape to structure and price complex solutions.
The successful candidate will drive placement strategies, ensuring compliance with internal standards and expert utilization of broking systems and ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver tailored client solutions in a fast-paced, global environment. The Role :

- Understand a client or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, problems and key issues
- Manage relationships and negotiate placements with the insurance market
- Work with Account Executives and Sales Team in determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing the deal
- Identify appropriate markets and determine placing strategy
- Create and grow relationships with underwriters in London and international markets
- Some experience in pricing and designing conceptual programmes
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Willis Towers Watson guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure good relationships and communication with other Willis Towers Watson associates
- A thorough understanding and an expert real time user for all relevant systems including Broking Platform
