Initial Short-term FTC
This role will support in leading the category strategy for one of the business' largest own-label portfolio, using consumer and shopper insight to identify opportunities and drive sustainable business growth. You’ll develop category strategies and provide actionable insight to customer teams and operational business units, influencing decision-making across the organisation.

Working closely with Innovation & Development, you’ll build a long-term, consumer-led innovation pipeline, leading platform development and concept testing. The role will also lead consumer research projects, translating data and insights into commercially compelling recommendations.

You’ll need strong FMCG category experience, excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, and ideally experience within ideally working with own-label products (not essential) and UK grocery retailers (essential)
