Senior Category Manager - Grocery

Shape the future of one of the UK's fastest-growing FMCG brands

Location: Hammersmith, London (3 days per week)

At Biotiful, we're on a mission to improve the nation's gut health.

As the UK's No.1 Kefir brand, we're transforming the dairy category with products that are nutritious, innovative and loved by consumers. Our growth has been exceptional, but we're only just getting started.

To support our next phase of growth, we're creating a brand-new Senior Category Manager role. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal moment, take ownership of our category agenda across the grocery channel, and play a key role in shaping how Biotiful partners with retailers in the years ahead.

If you're commercially minded, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy turning shopper and consumer insight into action, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Category Director, you'll lead category strategy across Biotiful's grocery customer base, helping retailers unlock growth opportunities while driving the continued success of the Biotiful brand.

You'll use data, insight and market understanding to influence decisions, strengthen retailer partnerships and ensure Biotiful remains at the forefront of one of the UK's most exciting FMCG categories.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering category strategies that support sales growth and market share gains
  • Leading category conversations with grocery retailers, using insights to influence decision making
  • Identifying opportunities through analysis of shopper behaviour, consumer trends and market performance
  • Delivering compelling recommendations around assortment, merchandising, space and promotional effectiveness
  • Translating complex data into clear, actionable stories that drive change
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing and Innovation teams to support launches and growth initiatives
  • Monitoring market activity, competitor performance and emerging consumer trends
  • Helping shape and evolve Biotiful's category capability as the business continues to grow

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
