Are you a category expert who can turn data into compelling retailer stories?

Thriving Brands is a fast-growing, acquisitive personal care business with their Head Office in the US. With ambitious plans for growth across the UK market, we are looking for a commercially minded experienced Category Manager to play a key role in shaping customer strategy and driving category growth.

Reporting directly to the UK Country Manager, this is a highly visible role with significant autonomy and influence across the business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and delivering actionable UK category and shopper analysis using Circana, Kantar and AI tools
  • Creating powerful retailer-specific range reviews and category growth plans
  • Turning complex data into clear insights and strategies for the UK market across a number of brands
  • Identifying opportunities across assortment, distribution, pricing and promotion
  • Influencing key UK grocery and High St retailers, with insight-led stories and recommendations
  • Building retailer relationships and solving problems creatively to drive growth
  • Acting as the UK category expert for both local and US leadership teams

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in Category Management, (min 5yrs) within Personal care or wider FMCG sector.
  • Experience with Tesco an advantage
  • Advanced data analysis, commercial storytelling, presentation and influencing skills
  • A track record of delivering impactful presentations and recommendations to retailers and stakeholders
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate insight into measurable business outcomes
  • A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can operate effectively in a home-based role
