Senior/Associate CDM Consultant - CDM/ Health & Safety job in Nottinghamshire.
Newark | Circa £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, qualifications and suitability for the position | Hybrid working and working from home available when not required on project sites
Hunter Dunning is working with a long-established multi-disciplinary practice seeking a Senior CDM Consultant. You will act as Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations 2015, provide CDM Client Adviser services and support projects across commercial, industrial, education, residential and heritage sectors.

Your Experience
- Relevant degree qualification in construction, engineering or another related professional discipline
- Proven experience delivering Principal Designer services or CDM Client Adviser services
- Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and associated health and safety legislation
- Experience managing multiple projects and developing new and existing client relationships
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Full driving licence and ability to undertake project site visits
