Senior CDM Consultant – CDM / Health & Safety | Leeds, West Yorkshire
Leeds, West Yorkshire | £50,000 – £60,000 | Permanent, full-time
Hunter Dunning is working with an established practice seeking a Senior CDM Consultant to support commercial, industrial, education, residential, and heritage projects in Leeds. The role involves Principal Designer duties, CDM compliance, and design risk management, with potential progression into management.

Your Experience
- Proven Principal Designer or CDM Adviser experience
- Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
- Relevant construction, engineering, or professional degree
- Experience managing multiple projects and client relationships
- Confident client and stakeholder communication skills
- Full driving license for site visits
- APS, IOSH, RICS, or CIOB membership preferred
