We’re looking for a Senior CG Artist to join INK’s CGI Department. This is a senior-level position with full ownership of CG delivery, from brief to final output.
Our preferred candidate will set the visual standard, ensure consistency across projects, and elevate the team’s work through clear direction, feedback, and mentorship.
Close collaboration with Creative Directors and the wider studio is key, whilst balancing artistic ambition with technical feasibility and production realities. This is an on-site role at our studio near King’s Cross.
Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain a premium, consistent visual standard across projects.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling, photorealistic visuals with strong narrative and cinematic impact.
- Balance quality, deadlines, and production constraints.
- Review team output and provide clear, actionable feedback.
3D Creation & Visualisation
- Lead texturing, lighting, look development, animation, and composition for complex scenes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
