We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to define and drive the change strategy for a major Corporate Technology transition programme. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring organisational readiness, effective stakeholder engagement, and minimal disruption to business operations throughout the transition.
The successful candidate will lead the change, communications, and training workstreams, ensuring all activities are aligned to programme milestones and Day 1 readiness objectives. This is a strategic leadership position focused on shaping outcomes rather than hands-on delivery alone.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall Change and Transition Strategy aligned to programme objectives, milestones, and risks.
- Lead the development and delivery of integrated change, communications, and training plans across all workstreams.
- Conduct and oversee organisational change impact assessments, translating findings into actionable transition roadmaps.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication strategies are delivered across programme strands, with particular focus on Day 1 readiness.
- Direct change, communications, and training teams to deliver targeted, role-based engagement and enablement activities.
- Provide regular reporting and assurance to senior leadership on organisational readiness, change risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Drive stakeholder engagement activities to build awareness, adoption, and commitment across impacted teams.
- Support transition planning and early-life stabilisation activities through effective reinforcement and change control measures.
- Manage competing priorities and change impacts across multiple programme workstreams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
