At Zenith, we've been leading the transition to sustainable vehicle solutions for over 30 years. As the UK's largest independent vehicle solutions provider, we're proud of our people, our award-winning service and our ambition to make mobility smarter, greener and better for everyone.

Our Commercial Division is a market leader in delivering fleet management, maintenance and mobile services to high-intensity, operationally critical fleets. Supporting customers across retail, logistics, parcel delivery and construction, we manage everything from light commercial vehicles and HGVs through to trailers and specialist equipment. Our customers include household names such as Amazon, Royal Mail, Sainsbury's, EVRi, G4S and Asda.

We're now looking for a Senior Change Lead to join our Commercial Change & Implementation team.

This role offers something different from many traditional project management or change positions. Rather than working on a single workstream within a larger programme, you'll lead change that directly impacts our operations, colleagues and customers. You'll see projects through from concept to implementation and experience first-hand the value they deliver.

Working across customer implementations, business transformation initiatives and continuous improvement projects, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our division evolve while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and with some of the UK's largest commercial fleet customers.

What’s the Role

  • Lead business change initiatives from concept through to successful implementation and adoption.
  • Partner with operational teams, customers and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver solutions that create measurable value.
  • Apply a blend of project management, change management and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Use Prosci change management principles to engage stakeholders, build readiness and drive sustainable adoption.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings and discovery sessions to understand challenges, gather requirements and create alignment.
  • Influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels, including Directors and customer representatives.
  • Identify and deliver improvements to customer journeys, business processes and operational performance.
  • Work alongside Group Technology & Change colleagues on larger transformation programmes while ensuring successful delivery within the division.
  • Support governance activities, project planning, RAID management and progress reporting.
  • Coach and support colleagues across projects, helping to build capability and share best practice.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our change, delivery and continuous improvement approaches as we continue to develop more agile ways of working.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
