We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to join a top-tier enterprise cloud software vendor. Working alongside lead transformation consultants and executive stakeholders on the customer side, you will drive the human-centric change strategy that turns complex software deployments into seamless adoption successes.

- Owning end-to-end change management activities, including change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.
- Hands-on creation of tailored communication campaigns and training collateral for key end-user groups.
- Maintaining change management project plans aligned with core software deployment milestones.
- Advising client leadership and project sponsors on best practices for driving technology adoption and managing resistance.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience leading HCM Change Management on large enterprise transformation programs.
- 5+ years of experience with Tier 1 business software applications (Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar).
- Strong consulting background (agency, vendor, internal consulting, or client-side contractor).
- Exceptional customer-facing communication, strategic influence, and collateral creation skills.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25% as needed.
