Senior Change Management Lead - Insurance
Global Insurance Client | 6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Hybrid Working - London
We're seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to join a leading Global Insurance Organisation, driving high-profile transformation programmes across Global Corporate Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders, shape change strategy, and influence the successful adoption of large-scale business and technology change initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end change strategies across complex, multi-workstream programmes
- Driving stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, readiness and adoption activities
- Advising and influencing senior leaders to ensure successful business outcomes
- Assessing organisational impacts, managing adoption risks and embedding sustainable change
- Supporting global teams across functions, regions and time zones

Experience Required:
- Proven experience leading change management within large, global transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working within Insurance or Financial Services at Global scale
- Ability to work different time zones on a global transformation as and when required
- Experience across technology, process, operating model or organisational change
- Ability to translate complex transformation objectives into practical, measurable change plans
- Experience working across global and cross-functional environments

Desirable:
- Prosci, APMG Change Management, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications, alongside experience within shared services, HR, Finance or operational functions.
