  • Translate transformation intent into clear stakeholder actions, readiness milestones and adoption outcomes.
  • Identify change risks early and develop clear mitigation plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop engagement strategies across functions, countries and leadership groups.
  • Coach sponsors and senior leaders on visible, active and effective sponsorship.
  • Support leaders with messaging, talking points and engagement approaches that make the change simple, relevant and actionable.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders, SMEs, project teams and impacted teams.

  • Partner with workstream owners to define readiness criteria and monitor organizational preparedness throughout delivery.
  • Assess adoption barriers, resistance themes and change saturation across impacted stakeholder groups.
  • Provide clear readiness insights to TMO and workstream leadership.
  • Develop communication and engagement plans that make complex initiatives easy to understand.
  • Partner with Internal Communications, P&C Business Partners, SMEs and business leaders to co-create practical change materials.
  • Partner with workstream owners to define training, capability-building and reinforcement needs.
  • Ensure impacted teams are equipped to operate successfully in the future state.
  • Partner with workstream owners to define adoption measures and success indicators aligned to business outcomes.
  • Monitor adoption after implementation and identify where reinforcement is needed.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure intended benefits are realized, not just planned.
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve the change approach.
  • Contribute to a consistent GFS change methodology, toolkit, templates and reporting approach.
  • Support change governance, intake and tiering of projects based on change impact.
  • Mentor change managers and change champions as the function scales.
  • Promote a pragmatic, business-focused change discipline across the transformation portfolio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
