Build a brilliant future with Hiscox

Hiscox UK Hiscox UK is a leading brand in the insurance market, recognised as setting the standards which others try to emulate. We consistently deliver strong growth and exceptional returns, recruiting only the very best and empowering them to deliver. We are known for insuring the homes of the rich and famous through to the most innovative technology companies. Our customers are diverse and unique and are only united by our ability to provide specialist insurance tailored to their needs.

Team The Hiscox UK Transformation Team is the bridge between the business and the technology teams, ensuring that technology change is prioritised, defined, broken down and delivered in a way that enables the business to achieve its strategic goals, whilst also enabling the technology strategy. This means understanding the end-to-end context of the change and having a laser-focus on value so that we can ensure both that we’re doing the right things and doing the things right. As such, we are looking for exemplary collaborators; people who thrive on building relationships, who aren’t afraid to challenge how things are done, and are capable of driving consensus and guiding people through every stage of the change journey, from idea to reality.

The Role The Senior Change Manager is a pivotal role in driving strategic change initiatives across Hiscox change portfolio (within projects and value streams). Reporting to the Principal Change Manager, you will oversee multiple change projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation. You will apply change management principles, foster adoption, and mitigate risks to maximise business value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
