Senior Change Manager
Location: London / Hybrid.
Salary: £100 - £120k base + bonus and benefits.
A Global Financial Services client is seeking a Senior Change Manager. This role will be central to the transformation, providing oversight and coordination across a diverse portfolio of technology, infrastructure, cloud, core banking, and business change initiatives.
Working closely with executive leadership, technology teams, operations, and business stakeholders, you will ensure that major transformation programs are delivered in a coordinated, structured, and business-focused way.
You will bring visibility to complex change activities, identify interdependencies, manage competing priorities, and help ensure that transformation is delivered successfully while maintaining business continuity.

Role
- Establish and maintain a single view of all technology and business transformation activities.
- Drive visibility across cloud, infrastructure, data, and operational change initiatives.
- Manage dependencies across large-scale programs, projects, and workstreams.
- Support executive decision-making through portfolio reporting, prioritization, and governance.
- Ensure transformation activities remain aligned with strategic business objectives.

Mandatory Skills
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation portfolios with 30+ concurrent change initiatives.
- Strong background in technology, infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation environments.
- Experience operating within complex organizations undergoing significant change.
- Track record of managing dependencies across multiple programs and delivery teams.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance strategic transformation goals with day-to-day operational realities.
