Senior Change Manager | Transformation & People Change
Are you passionate about helping organisations successfully navigate change and transformation? We're looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to support a portfolio of business and technology transformation initiatives, ensuring people are engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the change journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead people change activities across multiple transformation workstreams.
- Conduct people impact assessments and change readiness reviews.
- Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Coach leaders and managers to effectively lead teams through change.
- Drive user adoption and business readiness activities.
- Support organisational transformation within complex environments.
- Apply change management frameworks, including ADKAR, to measure and improve adoption.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager or Change Lead.
- Strong background in people-focused change and transformation.
- Experience delivering change across technology, digital, or business transformation programmes.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, coaching, and influencing.
- Experience conducting impact assessments and readiness activities.
- Knowledge of change methodologies such as ADKAR.
- Ability to explain the "why" behind change and build engagement across affected teams.

Desirable Experience
- Defence, public sector, or highly regulated environment experience.
- Experience working across large portfolios of projects and programmes.
- Track record of delivering successful organisational and technology change initiatives.
