Job Description

The Senior Change & Transformation Consultant works at the heart of multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver sustainable organisational change. Our Change Management consultants are “T-shaped” by design: with deep expertise in Change Management, and with breadth across Organisational Design and AI.

Typical Projects

These are some of our recent high-profile transformation programmes across sectors such as education, social care, justice and government, including:

  • Agile transformation: helping organisations adopt agile and product-led ways of working through new governance, team practices and capability building
  • AI adoption and governance: leading the people side of AI implementation, driving adoption and embedding responsible AI practices
  • DevOps transformation: enabling the cultural, structural and capability changes needed for continuous delivery and modern engineering practices
  • Digital service delivery: supporting citizen-facing digital service rollouts through process redesign, training and stakeholder engagement
  • Organisational resilience: helping organisations become more adaptive through new operating models, team structures and decision-making approaches
  • Product management capability: building product maturity by defining roles, establishing roadmaps, and coaching leaders and teams
  • Regulatory and policy change: supporting adoption of new data, technology and AI-related requirements while building confidence and compliance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
