Company Description

TOPdesk is an international service management software company with around 700 employees in 8 countries and 5,000 customers worldwide.

For our team in the UK, we're looking for a Senior Channel Partner Acquisition Specialist (UK) focused on growing our partner network in the UK market.

Your Environment

This is a hybrid role, with at least 2 days per week in our London or Manchester office, and you'll be part of a European channel team, where each channel manager owns and drives their own region. You'll have full ownership of the UK market — responsible for creating the plan and structure to grow your region — working alongside colleagues from Sales and Marketing.

Your focus: winning new partners and making them successful quickly.

Job Description

  • Acquiring new channel partners (VARs, MSPs, system integrators) in the UK market
  • Building a strong partner pipeline through active outbound outreach
  • Managing the partner signing process
  • Onboarding and activating new partners, including training and go-to-market
  • Delivering structured trainings and product onboarding
  • Supporting co-selling, co-marketing, and opportunity development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
