Role Summary
Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
Responsibilities
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with UHNW individuals, family offices, executive offices, and corporate organizations.
- Advise clients on aircraft selection, routing, availability, and charter requirements.
- Source and negotiate aircraft with a global network of reputable operators and aviation partners.
- Structure competitive charter solutions while maintaining commercial discipline and protecting client interests.
- Manage the complete charter process from initial enquiry through to successful completion of the flight.
- Work closely with operators, flight departments, FBOs, handling agents, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify opportunities to develop existing relationships and build sustainable, recurring business.
- Maintain accurate records, pipeline information, and client intelligence within the company CRM.
- Represent Oryx Global Aviation with professionalism, integrity, and sound judgement at all times.

- 2+ years’ experience in private aviation, aircraft charter, aviation sales, or a closely related sector.
- Proven experience managing high-value client relationships and delivering a highly personalized service.
- Existing relationships within private aviation, luxury, or corporate markets would be advantageous.
- Exceptional standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with senior executives, principals, family offices, and other sophisticated clients.
- Highly organized, commercially driven, and capable of managing multiple client requirements in a fast-moving international environment.
- A genuine understanding of luxury service and the expectations of UHNW clientele.
- London or Dubai-based, with the flexibility and willingness to work internationally as required.
