The Role
- Take ownership of a designated kitchen section, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen.
- Prepare and deliver dishes consistently, maintaining quality, taste and presentation standards at all times.
- Ensure your section is fully prepared for service and operates efficiently throughout each shift.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate ordering requirements to senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and food safety standards within your section.
- Contribute ideas and creativity to menu development and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures at all times.
