About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Chef de Partie who takes real pride in their craft and enjoys creating food that people remember. Someone with passion, attention to detail and strong kitchen experience, who can lead by example and thrive in a busy, high-quality environment.

As a Senior CDP at Home House Studio, you’ll play an important role within the kitchen team helping to ensure every service runs smoothly. You’ll bring confidence, consistency and a positive attitude to the kitchen, while helping to maintain the standards our Members and guests expect.

Why join us?

At Home House, how we work together matters. You’ll be part of a kitchen team that supports each other, takes pride in what we create and works together to deliver an experience our Members and guests love.

Here’s What You Can Expect

Grow your craft

From daily service to events, banqueting and special occasions, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and broaden your experience. You’ll work alongside experienced chefs, take responsibility for your section and have the opportunity to build your confidence and knowledge across different styles of service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
