Looking for a fine dining kitchen where you can develop your craft, contribute creatively and still have a life outside of work?
We're looking for an ambitious Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join the team at Journey, an independent fine dining restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide and recognised by diners as one of Cheltenham's leading fine dining destinations.
At Journey, we're passionate about creativity, exceptional ingredients and delivering memorable dining experiences. Our menu is constantly evolving, giving our chefs the opportunity to learn, contribute ideas and have a genuine influence on what reaches the plate.

We're looking for someone who wants to develop their craft, work with modern techniques and quality ingredients, contribute to menu development and become a key part of a restaurant with exciting plans for the future.
The Role
- Preparing and delivering exceptional mise en place for weekly services
- Running sections during service and assisting on the pass
- Contributing to menu development, testing and refinement
- Maintaining the highest standards of organisation, cleanliness and food safety
- Working in a creative fine dining environment where attention to detail is everything
