This established regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Childcare Solicitor to join its growing team in Nuneaton. You'll manage a varied caseload acting for both parents and Children's Guardians, supervise junior colleagues, and play an important role in the continued growth of the department.

The Role
You'll manage a busy caseload of publicly funded childcare matters, including:
- Representing parents and Children's Guardians in care proceedings and other public law children matters.
- Advising clients from instruction through to final hearings.
- Conducting advocacy where appropriate.
- Building strong relationships with clients, local authorities, Cafcass, and other professionals.
- Supervising junior team members and supporting their development.
- Contributing to business development and the continued success of the department.

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with approximately 5 years' PQE or above.
- Current Children Panel Accreditation (essential) with supervisor status an added bonus.
- Strong experience handling publicly funded childcare and care proceedings.
- Ideally supervisory or management experience, or the desire and ability to mentor others.
- Excellent advocacy, communication, and client care skills.
- A collaborative approach and genuine passion for public children law.
