Senior Children's Adventure Care Worker
Buxton, Derbyshire
£43,740 - £48,186 per annum
4 Days On, 6 Days Off
We are recruiting for a Senior Children's Adventure Care Worker to join a specialist therapeutic children's home in Buxton.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Childcare professional to support young people through trauma-informed care, therapeutic relationships, and outdoor adventure-based activities.

Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a Children's Residential Home
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or near completion)
- Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Passion for supporting vulnerable young people
