Playground Games is looking for a Senior Cinematic Producer to join our Fable team on a permanent basis.

About Us:

As a first-party Xbox Game Studio, we are passionate about making genre-defining games that are accessible, beautiful, and, most of all, fun. We are excited to be rebooting the much-loved Fable franchise and are expanding our diverse team to create a new classic in the action RPG genre.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Senior Cinematic Producer, you will partner closely with the Cinematics Development Teams to drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of in-game cinematic content and cutscenes for Fable. As a senior member of the production team, you will provide leadership across complex cinematic initiatives, help shape production processes and workflows, and ensure teams are aligned to deliver against the project’s creative and production goals. You will play a key role in ensuring cinematic milestones are delivered on schedule, at a high level of quality, and in alignment with the overall creative vision for the project.

Our ideal candidate is a senior-level AAA game producer with a genuine passion for cinematic storytelling and interactive entertainment. You thrive in fast-paced development environments, have a proven track record of delivering high-quality cinematic content on large-scale AAA projects, and bring the leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills needed to drive teams and stakeholders toward a world-class cinematic experience for Fable.

This is a permanent role based at our state-of-the-art facilities in Royal Leamington Spa. We have a hybrid work model in place with a minimum of 3 days a week in studio. Relocation assistance is available if required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
